As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in improving our clients’ business processes and systems. You want to make businesses thrive and are passionate about creating impactful change. Solving problems and addressing challenges is what gets you out of bed in the morning. You closely collaborate with business to capture the needs and are able to translate these to cross-functional teams for development.

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or in digital transformation (certification is a plus)?
  • Are you passionate about analytical thinking and have exceptional communication and soft skills? 
  • Are you passionate about industry and innovation trends to provide valuable insights and can you align solutions with organizational goals? 
  • Can you conduct workshops, interviews and in-depth analyses to design impactful solutions and drive informed decision-making?  
  • Are you an authentic, entrepreneurial and proactive person who values respect and curiosity?
  • Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)?
