What it means to be a Project Manager at Y squared

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead digital transformation projects to build stronger solutions and experiences for our clients, translating strategies into roadmaps and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You’ll manage projects within budget, timeline and scope and keep stakeholders updated while maintaining a high business culture. You think along with your client to put that cherry on top, not just that check in the box.

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management or digital transformation (certification is a plus)?
  • Can you effectively plan and manage project scope, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation? 
  • Are you familiar with project management frameworks like Agile? 
  • Do you lead and communicate with project teams focusing on collaboration and on maintaining high team morale leveraging your strong soft skills? 
  • Are you able to anticipate risks in advance and take a proactive approach to solving the problem?
  • Are you an authentic, entrepreneurial and proactive person who values respect and curiosity?
  • Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues?
  • Do you have a commercial mindset and would like to manage an existing client account or develop new ones?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)?
