What it means to be a Product Manager at Y squared

As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the development of new or existing digital products at our clients. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog, translate product managers’ strategies to development tasks and learn the customers’ and market’s requirements. You manage the relationships between stakeholders and the cross-functional squad to make sure you the product backlog gets delivered. You think along with your client to put that cherry on top, not just that check in the box.

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience in product ownership, digital transformation or as a business analyst?
  • Do you have excellent organisational skills that go hand in hand with even better communication and soft skills?
  • Do you have experience working in agile environments? You are familiar with user stories, product backlogs and agile ceremonies?
  • You thrive to excite users? You are user centric with a strong eye for detail?
  • Do you understand business structures, users’ behavior, and market dynamics to design solutions that maximize the value of a product?
  • Are you an authentic, entrepreneurial and proactive person who values respect and curiosity?
  • Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)?
