What it means to be a Product Manager at Y squared

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the development of new or existing digital products. You analyze the needs of the market, users, and business stakeholders and translate them into well-defined product strategies & roadmaps. You manage the relationships between stakeholders and involved cross-functional teams to make sure you are building the right product and that you are building it right. You think along with your client to put that cherry on top, not just that check in the box.

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or as a product owner or business analyst?
  • Do you have excellent analytical thinking skills that go hand in hand with even better communication and soft skills? 
  • You thrive to excite users? You are user centric with a strong eye for detail? 
  • Do you understand business structures, users’ behavior, and market dynamics to design solutions that maximize the value of a product?  
  • Are you an authentic, entrepreneurial and proactive person who values respect and curiosity?
  • Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)?
