As a Change Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving successful change initiatives for our clients. Your change management strategy focuses on maximizing the change adoption and minimizing resistance. You work closely with business stakeholders to assess the impact of change and develop communication and training plans to increase awareness, engagement and knowledge. No one is left behind; you make sure everyone reaches the finish line!

- Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management or digital transformation (certification is a plus)?
- ADKAR has no more secrets for you? You know how to navigate between change methodologies to adapt to customers’ needs.
- Are you passionate about analytical thinking and have exceptional communication and soft skills?
- Are you a proactive and adaptable individual with a human touch who thrives in managing and driving change?
- Can you effectively navigate complex organizational dynamics and inspire teams to embrace new initiatives?
- Are you passionate about creating impactful change and ensuring its successful adoption?
- Are you empathic and can you easily read/understand group dynamics?
- Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues?
- Are you fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)?
